We are thrilled you are interested in working with us! Thank you for allowing La Semilla Travel to be a part of your traveling planning and completing our travel questionnaire. Your input is invaluable as we craft a one of a kind journey tailored to your desires. To ensure we deliver the highest level of service to our clients, we request a planning fee, which will be applied towards your final payment. Upon completing the form, we will send a payment request to the email or phone number provided. Once the planning fee is received, we can initiate the process of creating a personalized quote for your projected trip. The more details you share, the better we can align your trip within your budget, although please note that quoted prices are tentative until a deposit is received. Your quoted plan remains flexible for 10 days, with two revisions before a new Plan to Go fee is required. We're excited to curate an unforgettable adventure together! Due to the high demand of travel, the planning fee is dependent on how intricate the trip is and if we have a set itinerary already in place. This ensures we can give 100% attention to servicing our clients. Thank you for letting us be a part of your journey!
Planning Fee
There is a planning fee to use our services for the time put into curating an itinerary. The planning fee is $150.00 and will go towards your final payment once booked. If the booking is not made, the planning fee is non-refundable.

Also include brands you like; Marriott, Hyatt’s, InterContinental etc you'd prefer or if you're open to hotels. If you have ever LOVED or really disliked a resort, please feel free to tell me about it and why you felt that way.

Passport Expiration Dates*

In order to travel outside of the US, a valid passport BOOK is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Passport cards and no-fee military passports are not adequate.

It's very important for you to check your passport(s) before we begin any planning. Many countries require at least 6 months of validity from your travel date.

Other important considerations: There is no need to share this information with me, but certain felony convictions will prohibit you from crossing some borders, including into Canada. Please take this into consideration when planning travel to or transiting through countries.

On May 3, 2025, U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights and access certain federal facilities. Please visit your local DMV for more information.

If you are traveling with children without one or both legal parents, a notarized letter may be required.
