PASSPORT INFORMATION

Please ensure that travelers register using their full legal names exactly as they appear on their passports.

If you do not currently have access to your passport, you are still welcome to submit your form and deposit to secure your cabin. Please email us a copy of your passport as soon as it becomes available.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES

We understand that plans can change, which is why we suggest travel insurance. By confirming the reservation with deposit/payment, the guest/travel advisor acknowledges that they are aware of and will comply with the BOOKING AND SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS and the PASSENGER TICKET CONTRACT available at www.AmaWaterways.com/terms-conditions. These terms will supersede the Terms and Conditions published in any of our brochures and other printed materials, in the event of a conflict and any prior oral, implied, written or other representation or agreement between you and AmaWaterways.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance details will be sent to you via email after your 2nd payment. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to secure your travel investments in case of unforeseen situations. By proceeding, you're acknowledging that we’ve informed you about travel insurance and the cancellation policies outlined above.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount $200 per person for the first 8 passengers and $400 per person after that has been filled). The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Please contact La Semilla Travel with any question.

The first 8 people who deposit will be eligible for the $200.00 per person reduced deposit rate and 5% discount.

After those 8 are deposited, the deposit will increase to $400.00 and prices are subject to published price. 

This payment information will not be processed until we verify cabin category is still available, then we will put your deposit down.
