Please fill out name EXACTLY as it appears on your passport or government issued ID. A fee may occur if a name change is required and doesn't match your passport or ID.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations, Replacements & Transfers

If you need to cancel after payments have been made:

1. Deposits

Non-refundable but transferable (prior to the first payment due date).

2. Secondary & Final Payments

Non-refundable which is why we highly recommend  travel insurance.

If you find a replacement traveler to take your place, the land portion of your trip may be refunded once their payment is received in full.

Airfare included within the trip remains non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Insurance allows you to file a claim for covered reasons and potentially recover the full trip cost.

Travel insurance quotes can be provided after your first installment is received.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance details will be sent to you via email after your first payment. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the strict cancellation policies set by our vendors. By proceeding, you're acknowledging that we’ve informed you about travel insurance and the cancellation policies outlined above. You also understand that travel insurance is available for purchase to help protect you from any unforeseen medical reasons that could affect your plans.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

A $500 per-person deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot and obtain domestic flight.

ADDITIONAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

A secondary payment (1/2 of the balance) is required on 5/1/26.

Final payment is due 11/1/26.

Due to contracted group terms with our suppliers and the administrative work that begins upon registration, all deposits are non-refundable.

However, deposits are fully transferable to any future La Semilla Travel group trip up until the first scheduled payment deadline.

If you are using a debit card with a daily spending limit, it is your responsibility to contact your bank to give them permission to authorize the transaction.
