Deposit Requirements
A $500 per-person deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot and domestic air.
Due to contracted group terms with our suppliers and the administrative work that begins upon registration, all deposits are non-refundable.
However, deposits are fully transferable (up to two years from cancellation) to any future La Semilla Travel group trip.
Payment Schedule
Second Installment: 50% of the remaining balance is due May 1, 2026 (payment plans available).
Final Payment: Due November 1, 2026 for all travelers.
All pricing is based on special group rates, negotiated activities, and non-refundable contracted arrangements.
Because of these terms, secondary and final payments become non-refundable unless protected by travel insurance.
Roommate & Single Supplement Policies
If you are traveling with a roommate and they cancel—and we are unable to fill their spot—you will be charged the single-supplement rate.
If you request a roommate and one cannot be matched, the single-supplement rate will apply.
These policies align with standard hotel and group tour contract requirements.
Cancellations, Replacements & Transfers
If you need to cancel after payments have been made:
1. Deposits
Non-refundable but transferable (prior to the first payment due date).
2. Secondary & Final Payments
Non-refundable which is why we highly suggest you purchasing travel insurance.
If you find a replacement traveler to take your place, the land portion of your trip may be refunded once their payment is received in full.
Airfare within a trip remains non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment. Insurance allows you to file a claim for covered reasons and potentially recover the trip cost.
Travel insurance quotes can be provided after your first installment is received.
Supplier & Operator Responsibility
La Semilla Travel adheres strictly to supplier policies, group contracts, and domestic flight terms associated with this itinerary.
By registering for this trip, all travelers acknowledge and accept these payment, cancellation, and refund terms.
