If two travelers are sharing a room and select the 13-day itinerary, both travelers sharing the room must depart on the same day.

Deposit & payment terms

Deposit

A $500 per-person deposit is required to secure a reservation once availability is confirmed.

The deposit is non-refundable due to contracted supplier arrangements and administrative work that begins once a traveler registers. The deposit may be transferable, subject to La Semilla Travel group-trip terms and supplier restrictions.

For New Reservations

Because this journey is already within its scheduled payment period, travelers joining now may be required to bring their reservation current with installments that have already become due.

After the reservation request is submitted, La Semilla Travel will confirm:

  • Applicable payment schedule

Final Payment

Final payment is due November 1, 2026.

Deposit Requirements

A $500 per-person deposit is required to secure the reservation after availability has been confirmed.

Due to contracted group terms and administrative work that begins once registration occurs, deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferable to another La Semilla Travel group journey subject to availability, supplier restrictions and La Semilla Travel's applicable group-trip policies.

Final Payment

Final payment for this journey is due November 1, 2026.

Pricing is based on contracted group rates, negotiated experiences and supplier arrangements.

Payments may become non-refundable as supplier contractual deadlines are reached.

Roommate & Single Occupancy Policy

If a traveler is sharing a room and their roommate cancels, the remaining traveler may become responsible for the applicable single-occupancy rate if another roommate cannot be found.

If a traveler requests assistance finding a roommate and a suitable roommate cannot be matched, the single-occupancy rate may apply.

Roommate matching is not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Replacement Travelers

Deposits are non-refundable.

Additional payments may become non-refundable according to contracted supplier terms.

If an eligible replacement traveler can take the canceled traveler's place, some land-trip payments may potentially be transferred or refunded once the replacement traveler has paid in full and suppliers allow the change.

Airfare and other restricted components may remain non-refundable.

All replacements and transfers are subject to supplier rules and La Semilla Travel approval.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment against eligible unexpected circumstances. After your reservation is confirmed, La Semilla Travel can provide information about available travel-insurance options. Coverage, exclusions and claim eligibility are determined by the insurance provider.

Supplier Responsibility

La Semilla Travel follows the policies, cancellation rules and contractual terms of the hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, cruise operators, airlines and other suppliers used in this itinerary.

By completing the registration process and submitting payment, travelers acknowledge and accept the applicable payment, cancellation and supplier terms.

Can I join the Vietnam trip by myself?

Yes. Solo travelers are welcome. You can request single occupancy or ask whether roommate matching may be available.

How many rooms are left?

What does the trip cost?

The 14-day journey is $4,499 per person based on double occupancy or $5,999 for single occupancy. A 13-day option is also available for travelers who need to depart April 17, at $4,399 per person double occupancy or $5,899 single occupancy.

Is international airfare included?

No. International airfare to and from Vietnam is not included.

Can La Semilla Travel help with flights?

Yes. Travelers may request help reviewing international flight options and arrival timing.

Do I need a visa for Vietnam?

Many travelers, including U.S. passport holders, require a Vietnam e-visa. La Semilla Travel provides travelers with pre-departure guidance, but visa requirements can change and travelers remain responsible for meeting current entry requirements.

Is this a fast-paced trip?

This is an immersive itinerary with multiple destinations and regular sightseeing. Travelers should be comfortable with walking, transportation between locations and an active cultural itinerary.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended because trip payments may become non-refundable according to supplier terms.
